For investors
We build tools that lower editing cost and raise output.
REWYND’s primary product is SwitchLog. It turns hours of raw footage into a finished video and its shorts on the user’s own Mac. It starts as an individual subscription and extends to editors and enterprise, and because it is local, server cost does not rise in step with usage. The ability to build the product is in-house; the next step is reaching customers and partners.

- 01Give back the time editing takesEditors say one 10-minute video takes 2–3 days to edit (a survey of 285 editors in Korea, 2023). Drop the footage in and SwitchLog makes the draft of the long-form video and its shorts with nobody at the keyboard. It runs on the Mac they already own at a flat price, so outsourcing fees and per-use AI fees come down too.
- 02More output per editorSorting footage, routine cuts and captions repeat on every job. SwitchLog does them on the editor’s Mac and hands the cut to Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro, so one editor can handle more content.
- 03Channel-specific workflowsCreator Profile turns each channel’s way of editing into a workflow. It is in development and fitted through pilots.
- 04Better software economicsA local-first architecture designed to separate growth in usage from growth in server-side AI cost as far as possible.
The problem is already here
Editing doesn’t scale well.
The more content you make, the more time and money editing takes. The evidence is shown in three grades, in order: official documents, public price examples, and what individual users have reported.
AI video tools deduct credits by minutes processed or by features used.

Editing costs days of work and a fee again with every video.

What grows when you make more.
- Manual editingTime grows with output
- OutsourcingCost grows with every upload
- Cloud AICredit and inference cost grow with usage
- SwitchLogWhat grows is compute on the user’s own Mac
The point is not that it is cheaper. It is designed so that the cost structure does not grow at the same speed as the content you produce.
AI editing already exists.
The harder problem is making it economical, repeatable and personalized at scale.
REWYND is building the workflow layer that makes that possible.
Why local
More editing shouldn’t mean proportionally more cloud AI cost.
A structure where company cost does not rise at the same speed as usage.
The question is not “can AI edit a video?” It is “as usage grows, who pays for the compute?”
In a cloud-based AI editor, server cost tends to rise with every video processed, and it comes back to the user as usage-based pricing. SwitchLog does the video processing on the user’s Mac.
Usage-based cloud AI
- More footage
- More inference
- More API, credit and cloud processing
- Provider cost increases
SwitchLog
- More footage
- More local compute on the user’s Mac
- Raw footage remains local
- Provider-side video processing cost grows much more slowly
For creators
More predictable editing cost.
Using it more does not raise the price. It is a flat fee, so editing cost is predictable.
For REWYND
Better SaaS unit economics.
Designed so that server-side AI processing cost does not rise in step with usage.
Your Mac does the work.
Your footage stays with you.
Passing long video to a general multimodal AI again and again can incur inference, API and compute cost that grows with footage length and usage. SwitchLog is designed to perform the video processing itself on the user’s Mac, with the aim of avoiding a structure in which REWYND’s server-side AI processing cost rises in proportion to usage.
Better models make SwitchLog better.
Better models that can run on a device are not only a threat. Models are swappable parts, and when a better one arrives SwitchLog’s local processing improves with it. REWYND’s edge is not owning a model; it is what gets decided on top of one.

Every approach is a trade-off.
None of these approaches is wrong. Each is good at something and costs something, and SwitchLog picks one particular combination.

Market
The market, in three layers.
We do not call the biggest number our market. We separate the wider ecosystem, the adjacent market and the place we start.
- 01 — Top-down context
Creator economy
The size of the wider ecosystem. Context only; it is not SwitchLog’s addressable market.

- 02 — Adjacent market

- 03 — Initial beachhead
Creators, editors, MCNs and media teams on Apple silicon Macs
Where REWYND starts. These customers already own the local compute SwitchLog runs on. For reference, more than 3 million creators are in the YouTube Partner Program.
None of these numbers is SwitchLog’s market size. The first two layers are context and direction; the third is where REWYND actually starts. Research-firm estimates differ widely.
How value per customer grows.
Customers come in on an individual subscription, extend to editors and teams, and the tool fits the channel better as its profile accumulates.
- 01 — Self-serveIn productIndividual creator subscriptionA personal subscription on the creator’s own Mac
- 02 — ProBuildingProfessional editors · high-volume creatorsHeavier usage and professional workflows
- 03 — EnterpriseBuildingCreator Profile · team workflow · multiple channelsContracts at MCN and agency level
- 04 — Profile automationResearchProfiles built automaticallyThe onboarding cost of building a profile falls
- 05 — Feedback loopResearchCorrections improve the profileWhat people correct feeds the next version of the profile
- 06 — Higher switching costResearchA tool that fits better the more it holdsThe more editing style, assets and profile accumulate, the harder it is to leave
What accumulates is the customer’s way of editing, their assets and their profile. It fits that channel better than a generic AI can: a moat built on data and workflow.
The individual subscription is being prepared for launch; the steps above it are roadmap.
Flagship
SwitchLog
Creators record for hours and publish every week. The edit in between is the bottleneck. The creator drops in a recording and picks the kind of video; SwitchLog makes the long-form video and its shorts unattended, and the creator fixes them by clicking them in the video, then exports.
- Analysis and editing run on the user’s Mac, so our server cost does not rise as people use it more.
- That lets us sell a flat price instead of per-minute credits. The heaviest users are the easiest to keep.
- Footage never leaves the machine, which is what agencies and broadcasters require for unreleased material.
- It is free until export: people pay after they have seen their own video made.
- There is no account wall before the purchase: the plans come up when Export is pressed and are paid with the Apple ID.

One recording and one run, on 2026-10-05: a whole gaming recording (640×360 source), on an Apple M4 Mac with 24 GB, from a fresh install, with nobody touching it. The one-time model download (3 min 54 s on that network) is not in the time. The stages of that run: reading the recording and drafting 7 min 2 s, choosing highlights 40 s, writing captions 27 min 34 s, render 4 min 43 s. It is a concrete example of the unattended pipeline, not a speed claim for other lengths, kinds of video or Macs. At the same build, each of the five genres was run end to end on 2 to 10 minute stretches of real recordings (making, editing, exporting the long video and shorts).

- 01Editing is labour repeated for every video
- 02Raw footage gets longer and there is more to publish
- 03Outsourcing and editors cost money per video
- 04Cloud AI charges by how much you use
- 05So the more you make, the more it costs
SwitchLog is built for the workflow after recording.
Creators spend repeated time and money on editing and re-cutting, more than on shooting. SwitchLog reduces the part that repeats, so the same people and the same budget produce more.
Team

What we need next
We build.
Now we scale.
We can already build the product. Now we take it to customers.
REWYND already has product, engineering and product-planning capabilities in-house. Our next bottleneck is not building the product. It is reaching the right creators.
The next key role
Global Creator Partnerships & Business Development
- Creator outreach
- MCN / agency partnerships
- Enterprise sales
- PoC management
- Data partnerships
- Global GTM
- International market development
The technology and the product are ready to be validated. Now we add the people and capital to extend distribution and partnerships.

Scale content without scaling headcount.
More content, without adding headcount.
SwitchLog Enterprise helps editors and creator teams automate repeatable editing patterns and build creator-specific workflows. We are looking for pilot partners now.
- 01More outputThe same editing team handles more videos.
- 02Lower labor cost per videoLess repetitive work goes into each piece of content.
- 03Consistent styleEach channel’s editing rules are kept in its Creator Profile, so the style carries on when a new editor joins.
Create more with the team you already have.
How Enterprise Profile works
- 01Existing workflowWe learn your raw footage, final edits, assets and how you edit.
- 02ProfileWe analyse the cuts, choices, captions, effects and patterns that repeat.
- 03PilotWe apply the channel’s editing profile to new raw footage.
- 04Feedback loopHuman corrections are fed back to improve the profile.

Designed so footage stays on the device
Profiles are being designed to be built on the customer’s own device wherever possible. Where footage has to be shared, it is used only for that customer’s profile, and only with explicit consent.
What the products around it are for
- Extension
The same logic, another medium
SwitchToon applies SwitchLog’s structure to webtoons: plot, art and speech bubbles are made on the user’s Mac, and finished episodes are published on SwitchWebtoon. It is a tool and a channel where content accumulates.
- Acquisition
A light way in
SwitchClip lets people make shorts on the web with nothing to install. It is already public with payments attached, and it is the entry point that leads creators who make shorts toward SwitchLog.
- Cash · IP
A character we own
Shouting Mamot is a fortune service that is live and taking payments. It earns cash independently of the tools and builds character IP. Mamot Store is the step that tests whether that IP sells as goods.
