Terms, cancellation and refunds

Payment methods ·

PayPal, billed in USD. Every purchase is a one-time payment — there is no recurring billing. (Domestic Korean card payment is offered only on the Korean-language site.)

Delivery ·

The ad credit is issued immediately after payment. Once you upload a creative and set a start date, delivery begins on that date and ends when the guaranteed impressions are used up (within 6 months at most).

Service period ·

Up to 6 months from the day the ad credit is issued (the payment date). It ends earlier if the guaranteed impressions are used up, and any impressions still undelivered after 6 months are refunded. Nothing renews automatically.

Cancellation and refunds ·

Unused ad credits are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. Once a campaign has started, the undelivered portion of impressions can be refunded. If we stop a campaign because the creative breaks our review rules, the undelivered impressions are refunded.

Creative review ·

Creatives are reviewed after they go live. Anything unlawful, sexually explicit or violent may be stopped without prior notice.
