REWYND

Easier to make.
Lower to start.

REWYND makes products that take the complexity out of making content, so anyone can turn an idea into something real. The Switch series finds the moments worth keeping in long footage, cuts and captions them, ready to post.

Switch Studio

Three products.
Three barriers.

The three lower different barriers to making content. We prove it on SwitchClip, which already takes payments, and widen the same job to streams and raw footage.

SwitchClip

Lowers the barrier of filming and finding material: you can start with no footage of your own.

Pick one reuse-allowed video: Shorts, and nine formats beyond them.

What is different

A shorts tool usually starts when you bring your own video or a link. SwitchClip starts by finding a video you are allowed to use, so a channel can begin with no footage of its own.

Who it is for

People who want to grow a shorts channel without editing

Why it wins

  • 9 customers have paid (counted Oct 19). No paid advertising: promotion is AI-automated posting and replies on social media.
  • Pick a video and that is all. Nine formats: ranked compilations, guess-what-happens, AI-narrated recaps, viral localisation, VS, multi-language packs, series recaps, a channel TOP 5 and a ten-minute long-form TOP 10.
  • It finds videos that have already taken off abroad and are not yet here, and turns them into shorts in your language.
  • Reuse permission is checked at three points (the list, job creation, processing), and a certificate of that check is kept. Monetisation follows each platform’s own review.
Measured

It finds reuse-allowed videos across 31 countries and translates captions into 14 languages. Previews are free; only the shorts exported are paid for.

Switch Stream

Lowers the barrier of the set-up: a live stream becomes Shorts and long-form.

A stream VOD, your own YouTube video or a recording in. Ten shorts and long-form out.

What is different

Clip tools from abroad take Twitch, YouTube and Kick. Taking a CHZZK or SOOP VOD straight in, and making long-form as well as shorts, is an open position, and this is it.

Who it is for

Streamers, and the YouTubers and video creators who post long videos

Why it wins

  • CHZZK and SOOP are not on the source lists the leading tools publish (checked 2026-10). Taking a Korean VOD straight in is an open position.
  • It is not for streams only. Connect a YouTube channel and pick from your own long videos, or drop a recording in as it is. Creators who never go live are customers too, and whatever goes in, ten shorts and long-form come out.
  • Streams and videos keep coming. Hours are bought with no subscription and used again with every upload. Previews, 1080p exports and posting are all inside those hours, with nothing more to pay.
  • It handles only the streams and videos of your own channel, confirmed by signing in with the platform account, so the copyright risk is lower than a service built on other people’s videos.
  • There are two things to choose: the kind of video and the layout. The kinds are gaming, talk, reaction, outdoors, beauty and food, so a video that is not a game stream still gets an edit that fits it.
  • From the edit to the upload, it finishes in one place. Once the scenes are picked, cut, captioned and titled, the shorts you choose go to YouTube in one press, and posting to Instagram Reels, Threads and TikTok is built and opens as each platform’s review clears.
By design

On any stream it reads where the sound spikes, laughter, screams and cheers, and where the face cam sits; on CHZZK it also reads where chat piled up. Each short comes with its title, description, hashtags and pinned comment, and long-form is made only from the candidates chosen (the whole stream, per game, per topic), with chapters and a caption file. Each short carries a check before posting with what to fix, and how posted shorts did, by kind of moment, goes into the next selection.

SwitchLog

Lowers the barrier of editing: raw footage becomes a finished video.

Raw footage in. A finished video and its shorts out, inside your own Mac.

What is different

Cloud editing tools take an upload and spend credits by the amount uploaded. SwitchLog uploads nothing, and the price is the same however many hours go in.

Who it is for

Creators and editors who shoot for hours

Why it wins

  • All of the AI runs on the customer’s machine, so the price is the same however many hours go in, and the heaviest users have no reason to leave.
  • Raw footage is never uploaded, which is what editors and teams handling unreleased material require.
  • Move the same approach to Windows PCs with NVIDIA graphics and the streamer’s own PC does the computing (planned).
Measured

A 52 min 5 s recording went in and, with nobody touching it, a long-form video and eight short candidates came out in 42 min 50 s (2026-10-05, one run).

Market & demand

Where the demand already is.

We do not call a large number our market. These are figures we looked up and read, each with its source, and next to them how we read them.

01

Is anyone already paying for this?

How we read it

The demand is proven. Money already changes hands, in Korea and abroad, for turning long video into shorts. The open question is not whether the demand exists but which way in is still empty.

How many people make the footage?

How we read it

We take the open position in Korea first, then widen to Twitch, YouTube Live and Kick, already supported. A YouTuber who never streams can put in a long video from their own channel, so the customer is not only the streamer. Solo creators in Korea more than tripled in four years.

Why one business

Met on the web.
Kept on local.

The three products do the same job: long footage in, something publishable out. The job is done in two places.

01 — Switch Stream · SwitchClip

The web: meets the customer, earns today

  • The two share one pipeline: transcription → scene selection → captions → render.
  • Switch Stream was split from SwitchClip and had payments, analysis, rendering and long-form within days (split 2026-10-08).
  • Nothing to install and no subscription. Customers pay for what they use, so the bar to a first try is low.
  • The interface in 6 languages, captions in 14, and payments at home and abroad, from the start. A visitor from abroad sees Twitch, YouTube and Kick and dollar prices first.
  • The rules for adding sound effects and music are the ones made in SwitchLog, the local engine. An editing standard refined on one side carries over to the other.
02 — SwitchLog

Local: where the heaviest users stay

  • Transcription, scene analysis and the cut all finish inside the customer’s machine.
  • That is why it can be sold at a flat monthly price, and why the heaviest users are the easiest to keep.
  • Raw footage never leaves the machine.
  • The Mac version launched on the App Store in October 2026; a Windows version is planned.

We meet customers on the web, and the ones who use it most come to local. The more they use it, the better it is for them and for the company. Editing rules refined on local carry over to the web products.
